These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the rental of chalets and/or campsites (the “Property”) located at Plot 424, Noordoewer, Namibia.
The Agreement exists between the renter (the “Guest”) and Bundi River Rafters CC, registration number CC/2010/4822 , the property owner and the camp manager (collectively the “Company”).

Booking and payment
No booking will be made without a complete payment.
Payments must be made in Namibian Dollars via direct bank transfer or Yoco Payments.
The Company reserve the right to increase prices without notice, in accordance with any unforeseen increases to which it may be subjected.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in time is after 3PM, and check-out time is before 11AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and additional fees.

Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of a chalet or campsite should be adhered to.
Any additional guests must be approved by the Company in advance and may incur extra charges.

Use of property
All Guests shall use the Property responsibly and adhere to local laws and regulations.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any buildings or on any patios. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, and guests must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Care of property
- The Guest agrees to treat the Property and any structures or furnishings with care and respect.
- Any damages caused by the Guest during the rental period must be reported to the Company immediately and may be subject to repair or replacement costs.
- The Guest is responsible for keeping the chalets and/or campsites where they will be staying clean and tidy throughout their stay. A cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required upon check-out.
Pets
Pets are permitted on the Property if the Company is made aware of the number and kind of pets in advance and gives explicit consent for the pets to be on the Property.
If pets are allowed by the Company, an additional pet fee may apply, and the Guest must adhere to any pet-related rules provided by the Company.
All pets remain the pet owner’s full responsibility.
Pets should not disturb other guests or animals.

Cancellation policy and refunds
No fee will be charged for cancellations or modifications made 21 days or more prior to the check-in date.
100% of the first night will be charged for cancellations or modifications made less than 21 days before the check-in date.
No refunds will be given on unused services. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In circumstances where the company is unable to provide the accommodation booked, the Company will refund the client all monies paid, or offer an alternative of comparable standard.

Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred any Guest during their stay at the Property.
The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims arising from the Guest’s use or occupancy of the Property.

Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and evict the Guest without refund in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or any disruptive behavior.
Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Namibia.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
By booking a stay at the Property, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
